Programs in Action · Trenton, NJ
Real support. Real people. Real impact every single day.
HHCF runs eight programs across health, mentoring, education, workforce, and community care. Every single one starts with the same question: what does this person actually need right now?
From licensed clinical counseling to a warm coat in November, from 20 laptop stations in the Power Lab to an afternoon visit with the elders at Luther Arms, we show up for the full picture of what healing looks like in Trenton.
"Every program we run comes from the same place: the belief that access to healing, mentorship, and opportunity is not a privilege. It is something every person in Trenton deserves."
Holistic House and Community Healing Foundation · Trenton, NJ · Founded 2012
Most programs are completely free. We remove financial, geographic, and cultural obstacles so the people who need us most can reach us first.
Every program is designed or reviewed by licensed professionals. You are not getting good intentions. You are getting evidence-based, trauma-informed support.
Every event, drive, and visit to Luther Arms is rooted in one belief: Trenton is worth showing up for every single day.
The HBS Mentoring Program is HHCF's cornerstone. Youth ages 12 to 21 are matched with mentors who show up, stay consistent, and believe in them completely.
Complete the Skills and Strengths Inventory
Every youth begins with a personalized assessment that maps their strengths, interests, and goals into a clear, actionable profile.
Get Matched with a Mentor
Mentors are vetted, trained, and committed. You are matched based on your goals, personality, and what you need most right now.
Set 90-Day Goals and Build Forward
Every cohort runs on a Spring and Fall cycle. You leave with progress you can see, connections that last, and a belief in what is possible.
