HHCF Takes Root in Trenton
Born from the belief that every person, especially those overlooked, deserves access to healing. We begin with a focus on the neurodivergent community.

Roots, Partners and Growing Reach
HHCF earns 501(c)(3) status and builds a network of community partners, licensed mentors, and clinical collaborators. Virtual services begin extending reach statewide.
2021 to 2024
New Programs, New Partnerships
The HBS Mentoring Program launches, free for the first 100 youth ages 12 to 21, in partnership with Capitol County Children's Collaborative.
2025
A New Home and a Season of Showing Up
HHCF moves into 200 West State Street. Books, Bonds and Brighter Futures launches at TCNJ. From Practice to Purpose hosts student-athletes at Rider University.
2026 Right Now
Healing Closet · Power Lab · Impact Report Vol. 1
The Healing Closet provides free clothing and toiletries. The Power Lab opens 20 laptop stations. Our first Impact Report publishes: 300+ engaged, 11 partners, 8 events. Read the Report
