About the Program
A Mentor Who Believes in You Before You Do
The HHCF Mentoring Futures Program connects youth ages 12 to 21 with certified mentors and licensed therapists trained to walk with you, not just talk at you. You will work with someone who sees your strengths first, not your struggles.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Every young person comes with a unique story, unique gifts, and a future only they can build. Our mentors are here to help you see it, plan for it, and move toward it with confidence.

Yes. Completely free for the first 100 youth enrolled. No hidden fees, no cost to families, no financial commitment of any kind.
Youth between the ages of 12 and 21 who live in Trenton or Mercer County are welcome to register. No referral needed.
Sessions take place in person in Trenton and Mercer County. Some virtual options may be available based on your needs. Our office is at 200 West State Street, Suite 1B, Trenton, NJ 08608.
We aim to reach out within 48 hours. If you have not heard back within two business days, call (609) 200-1473 or email outreach@holistichousecommunityhealing.org.
Absolutely. Parents, guardians, teachers, and school counselors can all register on behalf of a young person. We welcome the full village. A team member will follow up to connect with the youth directly.
